What if the waste is not cleaned thoroughly?
If feces are string-shaped, cleaning may be incomplete. Set the App to “Double Cleaning” mode to increase waste removal success.

How to handle the beeping alarm sound?
Open the machine door to see the alarm code chart. Match the on-screen alarm number and follow the instructions. After handling, press the button next to the screen to clear the alarm. Some alarms clear automatically after handling. An 04 alarm indicates that the replacement cartridge has reached its lifespan; replace before using.

What should I do if my cat refuses to use the new litter?
If a cat refuses to use the new litter, add some crystal litter to its original litter box for transition. Do not add other types of litter into the replacement cartridge to avoid damaging the machine.
